A collection of easy no bake summer desserts that require no oven.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a pan.
- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
- Spread cream mixture over the crust.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use any type of fruit for topping.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
