- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits for topping (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
- You can customize this dessert by adding different flavors or fruits to the cream cheese mixture.
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture and use chocolate whipped cream.
