- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.
- Top with mixed berries, pressing them gently into the whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each slice.
