  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Top with mixed berries, pressing them gently into the whipped cream.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each slice.
