- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Extra blueberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and blueberries.
- Spread the filling over the crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Garnish with extra blueberries and lemon slices before serving.

- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- For a firmer crust, freeze for 10 minutes before adding filling.
