Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Add coconut and pecans, mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Let cool until firm.

- Works with almond or oat milk.
