These no bake avalanche cookies are a delicious treat made with peanut butter, chocolate, and crunchy cereal. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven!

- 2 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice cereal and mini marshmallows.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and milk chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the rice cereal and marshmallows. Gently fold until everything is coated evenly.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cookie balls for decoration.
- Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes to set, then enjoy!
