- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup edible gold dust (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle with edible gold dust before serving.
