Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.

  4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
