Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Roll up the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh shredded mozzarella for best melting.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for better results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
