- 8 oz dark chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)
- White chocolate or colored candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
- Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and coconut oil (if using).
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, melt white chocolate or colored candy melts and drizzle over the dipped strawberries.
- Add sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
