- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
