Description
Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky pastry made from pieces of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together.

- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and roll each piece in cinnamon sugar.
- Layer the dough pieces in the bundt pan.
- In a saucepan, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be topped with icing if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
