A quick and easy Mongolian beef recipe using ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl, then add to the pan.
- Sprinkle cornstarch, stir well, and cook until sauce thickens.
- Add green onions and mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
