Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 soft caramel candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease four ramekins.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate together.
  4. Whisk sugar, eggs, yolks, and vanilla.
  5. Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
  6. Fold in flour.
  7. Pour batter into ramekins.
  8. Place a caramel candy in each center.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
  10. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
