Delicious and moist brownies made with pumpkin puree for a seasonal twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- For extra richness, add chocolate chips to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
