Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the beef chuck roast in a large roasting pan.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over the roast.
  4. Pour the beef broth around the roast.
  5. Top the roast with pepperoncini peppers.
  6. Add slices of butter on top of the roast.
  7. Cover the pan with foil.
  8. Bake in the oven for 4-5 hours until the meat is tender.
  9. Shred the beef with forks and serve.
