Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add spinach and simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve warm over rice or pasta.

- Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
