Minnie Mouse Rice Crispy Treats are fun and easy to make, perfect for parties or a sweet snack.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pink chocolate melts
- 1/2 cup black chocolate melts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased pan.
- Let it cool and set for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the pink chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the cooled treats into the pink chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Use the black chocolate to create Minnie Mouse ears and facial features on the treats.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- You can use cookie cutters to shape the treats.
- Store leftover treats in an airtight container.
- Decorate with sprinkles for added fun.
