- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 small slider buns
- 6 slices of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles, or other toppings of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
