Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 small slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles, or other toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings.
