Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
