- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks

- 1 tbsp key lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into mini pie molds.
- Bake crusts for 8 minutes.
- Whisk condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice, and zest.
- Pour filling into crusts.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
