Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread butter on the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into small pieces.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create icing.
  9. Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
