Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk. Stir until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread butter on the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into small pieces.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
