- 200g mixed dried fruits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50g chopped nuts
- 50ml orange juice
- 100g marzipan
- 100g icing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, mix the dried fruits, nuts, and orange juice.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar together.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Fold in the fruit mixture.
- Pour batter into mini cake tins.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let them cool before decorating with marzipan and icing.
