- 1 onion, diced

- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Serve the beef mixture in taco shells or tortillas with your choice of toppings.
