- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6–8 wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
