  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
