- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 slices of cheese (optional)
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
- Grill the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If using cheese, add a slice on top during the last minute.
- Toss the sliced zucchini and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.
- Serve the grilled burgers on buns with your choice of toppings alongside the grilled veggies and salad.
