Ingredients

  • 6 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over each ear of corn.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
