- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and BBQ sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
