- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
