  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
