- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12–15 skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
