- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the cake cubes.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by a layer of blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Top with the whipped cream, spreading it evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- Feel free to substitute the pound cake with angel food cake or ladyfingers.
