Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers, crushed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of strawberries, followed by a layer of blueberries, and then a layer of raspberries.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional berries if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
