Ingredients
Scale
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup homemade barbecue sauce or store-bought

- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the olive oil over the ribs, then season generously with the spice mix.
- Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil and place on the grill. Cook for 2-3 hours.

Notes

- You can use a slow cooker instead of a grill for a more tender result.
