- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package of tortilla chips or pita chips
- Vegetable platter (carrots, celery, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, fresh herbs, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Serve grilled shrimp with the cream cheese dip and a side of tortilla or pita chips.
- Arrange a colorful vegetable platter alongside for a fresh crunch.
