A simple and flavorful Mediterranean chicken marinade with herbs and citrus.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Coat chicken with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cook chicken as desired.
