- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, lemon juice, and dill to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
