Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
- Warm pita bread in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on pita.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and fold.
