Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rolled oats, milk, chopped onion, ketchup, beaten egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
