- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and eggs.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
