Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey or chicken, oats, grated zucchini, chopped onion, minced garlic, half of the tomato sauce, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  5. Spread the remaining tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
