- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
- Spread the additional 1/4 cup ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Once cooked, carefully remove the meatloaf from the crockpot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
