- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the pan.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir well.
- In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the teriyaki beef over cooked rice with steamed broccoli.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat content.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
