- 1 cup 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into mason jars, filling each jar about halfway.
- Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the jars cool completely before topping with whipped cream.
