Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in chickpeas, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and parsley. Mix well.
- Serve warm.
