Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coat well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
