- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coat well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Brush with extra glaze while grilling.
- Serve immediately.

- Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
