Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook in a pan over medium heat until browned.
- Add maple syrup to the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, heat heavy cream, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until thickened.
- Serve chicken with Alfredo sauce and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
- Use honey instead of maple syrup if preferred.
- For extra crispiness, broil Brussels sprouts for the last 2 minutes.
