  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
