Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon fillets for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour glaze over salmon and transfer skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust bourbon to taste.
- Glaze thickens as it cools.
