Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter.
- Fold in 3/4 of the bacon crumbles.
- Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.
